shadow them. However, recently 3 members of this polymorphous
organization have recently begun performing public experiments on
unsuspecting victims. They have chosen as their base of operations,
the city capital of the most powerful state in the most powerful
country on earth (Washington D.C. exists outside the real USA)
otherwise known as Sacramento, California. These experiments are
primarily extensions of the organizations work on the HAARP project
and involve utilizing the most primitive and mind influencing of human
motions (dance) combined with low frequency sound manipulation (bass)
in the structure format some refer to as "breakbeat". These 3 are
